Hubbard Hall Opera Theater

Facilities

Hubbard Hall is home to the 3,000-square-foot Hall/Mainstage on the second story, as well as offices, a small art gallery, and two retail spaces on the ground floor, and workshops, costume shops, meeting space and restrooms at the basement level. The opera company's major productions are on the mainstage on the 2nd floor, with access by stair or elevator.

Hubbard Hall was built in 1878 and was originally called an "opera house". Hubbard Hall Opera Theater's inaugural performance of Cosi fan tutte in 2008 with a 22 piece orchestra marked the first time opera had actually been performed at the venue in over 100 years!

Rehearsal spaces are located throughout our renovated Rail Yard campus, which includes a sprung-floor movement arts studio, music classroom, visual arts studio, and black box theater...all in a quaint downtown surrounded by beautiful rural vistas.  For questions on space rental please contact Gina Deibel at gina@hubbardhall.org.
