Dance Vanguard

Vanguard = the forefront of an action or movement. A festival of performances, lecture-demonstrations, and classes with young movement artists who are starting their professional work. An up-close-and-personal look at what this new generation is thinking about dance and choreography.

In the days leading up to each Vanguard event, artists are welcomed into our Studio to prepare and rehearse their work.  This affords a wonderful opportunity for students in our regular dance classes to interact with professional dancers, ask questions and observe the creative process.

As for previous productions, HHOt is in need of hosts for the summer! If you are interested and able to welcome/host a singer and/or instrumentalist in your home, please contact Production Manager Alexina Jones at alixjones@hubbardhall.org
