Volunteers Make It All Possible

Hubbard Hall would have to close its doors if it were not for our wonderful volunteers. There are volunteers who clert in the Village Store. There are volunteers who handle membership notices. There are volunteers who do our bulk mailings. There are volunteers who staff our box office and concessions carts. There are ad hoc volunteers who do everything from tending our flower gardens to insulating our buildings.

Did you know?? In a typical week, more than 500 people come through our doors to participate in 90 hours of a diverse array of classes, events and entertainment here at The Hall.

Now, as we try to maage th staff cuts that the present economy has dictated, we hope we  an add two more groups of volunteers:

First, we need a pool of volunteers to assist with building maintenance -- people who would help out between 9am and 12 noon, one Monday a month, with various activities -- painting, cleaning, changing filters, making minor repairs, etc.  HHP will supply the necessary coffee and doughnuts!

The second major need is for people who could help one Friday a month between 9am and 12 noon OR between 1pm and 4pm to answer the phones and take reservations.

Volunteers in both groups wil receive free ticket vouchers for your own use or to give to friends to use.
